Pictures made with plants and light
Anthotype printing uses natural pigments and sunlight to make images. Instead of taking a phone photo, this workshop involves working with dyes and experimenting with how an image develops. It accompanies the ethnobotany exhibition announced by Agaete Council for 5 to 17 October.
When and where
Thursday 8 October 2026, 17:00 to 19:00 Canary time, at Centro Cultural de la Villa de Agaete. The activity is free and open to people aged 11 and over. The venue is in Agaete, not Las Palmas.
Register before going
The council specifies advance registration. Reglade3 lists 685 489 888 and info@regladetres.es for bookings. Confirm a place with the organiser; the listing does not show live availability. Bring an apron or clothes you can stain. QEDA does not run the workshop. Our community starts in Las Palmas: you can create your profile, and using QEDA is free forever.
