The 12th Casa África film showcase brings together African and diaspora filmmakers to share everyday lives that rarely make the headlines. The programme includes documentary, fiction and drama. It is a chance to pick a film without leaving the choice to a streaming recommendation.

Three evenings in Las Palmas

From Tuesday 6 to Thursday 8 October 2026, screenings begin at 18:00 Canary time at Museo Elder de la Ciencia y la Tecnología, Parque de Santa Catalina. Admission is free, with limited capacity. All films are listed in their original languages with Spanish subtitles.

On 6 October: L’mina and One Woman One Bra. On 7 October: God Sleeps on Sunday and La vie après Siham. On 8 October: Les jardins du paradis and Promis le ciel.
